What are your hours?

You can access and transact on our online store 24/7. Our customer service agent is available on Mondays to Saturdays from 9AM to 6PM.

Are you open 24/7? What happens if I order outside your operating hours?

Orders received after our operation hours will be processed on the following working day

Who are allowed to shop here?

Only those of legal age (18yo & above) are allowed to access and transact online.

What products do you sell?

We have wide selections of wines, Spanish beers and ciders and deli products.

Do you sell only Spanish Wines?

While our collection is largely Spanish Wines, we also have a good variety of wines from other countries like Argentina, Chile, Italy, France, Africa, etc.

Do you carry an exclusive wine label?

Yes, we do. Beso de Vino is a wine label you can find only in Barcino restaurants and we have made it available here online, as well.

How do I place this order?

Simple go to the product you wish to purchase and click "Add to Cart"

How do I know that my order went through?

After you have completed the check out process, you will receive a confirmation via email if you chose to be notified via email and provided an email address. If you chose to be notified via SMS and provided your mobile number, you will receive a message confirming your order

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes. Your minimum spend (including shipping fee) should be at least Php750.00 and above. This covers at least a bottle of wine.

Do you accept bulk order?

Yes. If there are not enough stocks for your order on our site, you may send us an email and we will process your order separately depending on the availability assist you on this.

Can I send an order to another person as a gift?

Yes. Simply indicate on the Shipping Address, the delivery address, and mobile number of the recipient. It is also best that you advise us by replying to the confirmation Yes.

I would like to purchase products for my own store. Can you make special arrangements for me?

Item/s I want are out of stock. What do I do?

Send us an email of the item/s you wish to order. We’ll see what we can do to accommodate your order or suggest an alternative. Email us at barcinowines@tarraco.com.ph.

Can I make changes on my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?

All sales upon check out are final, so please make sure you double-check your orders before checking out.

What areas do you cover and deliver to?

We deliver in the NCR areas for now.

Do you have a weight limit in your shipment?

We can deliver to you as much as 12 bottles of wines in 1 delivery.

How fast do you deliver?

Delivery is expected within 3-5 days for areas within Metro Manila and “6-10 days for outside Metro Manila.

How will I be informed of the shipment?

If you have fully paid your order, you shall receive a shipment confirmation via email as soon as we have arranged with a courier.

What happens if I’m not available to receive my package upon delivery?

Your representative must have a duly signed authorization letter bearing his complete name with a valid ID to prove that he is of legal age to accept the delivery on your behalf. If no one else is available to receive on your behalf, items will be sent back to the warehouse. Next delivery will be charged to your account.

What do I do when there’s a delay in my delivery? Or my delivery hasn’t arrived?

Can I pick up my order directly from any Barcino store?

Yes. Let us know by emailing us at barcinowines@tarraco.com.ph.

Is it safe and secure to shop at Barcino.com.ph?

Absolutely! We have a secured system to keep your data and will never share your information to third parties.

What kind of payment method do you accept?

We accept major debit, credit cards - Visa & Mastercard - or PayPal. We also accept Bank Deposit to BDO.

What if I have issues with my credit card payment?

Please coordinate and have this checked with your bank.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery as payment mode?

We are currently working on this to be included as payment method.

I made a payment, but haven’t received any confirmation email/ SMS. What do I do?

Pls email us the following details via email: Order number, date of transaction, items ordered with quantity and total amount paid. Send email to barcinowines@tarraco.com.ph.

I would like to request for a refund for a damaged item. What do I do?

Please email us at barcinowines@tarraco.com.ph.

How long is your refund process?

We’ll do our best to keep it quick and process within the day of approval.

What do I do if I have an issue with the item I received? (i.e., incorrect/ damaged item delivered)

Please advise us with a complete report and send an email to barcinowines@tarraco.com.ph.

What is the return and exchange policy?

If we sent you a wrong item from what you ordered, please send us an email at barcinowines@tarraco.com.ph. If you have changed your mind about your order after receiving it, please be reminded that all sales delivered in good condition are final.
