On Barcino's Online Store
You can access and transact on our online store 24/7. Our customer service agents are available from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Saturday.
Only those of legal age 18 years old and above are allowed to access and transact online.
On Product Selection
We have wide selections of wines, beers, ciders, and deli products.
While our collection is largely from Spain, we also have a good variety of wines from other countries like Argentina, Chile, Italy, France, Africa, USA, etc.
Yes, we do. Beso de Vino is a wine label you can find only in Barcino.
On Orders
Simply go to the product you wish to purchase and click "Add to Cart." Once you have finalized your selection, click "Checkout" and follow the instructions.
After you have completed the checkout process, you will receive a confirmation via email if you chose to be notified via email and have provided an email address. If you chose to be notified via SMS and have provided your mobile number, you will receive a message confirming your order.
No! There is no minimum order requirement.
Yes. If there are not enough stocks for your order on our site, you may send us an email and we will process your order separately depending on the availability. We will gladly assist you on this.
Yes. Simply indicate the delivery address and mobile number of the recipient.

On Delivery & Shipment
Barcino delivers its products to customers using a combination of its own delivery fleet and third-party logistics providers, such as Grab, Mr. Speedy, and Transportify.
Yes! We offer free delivery within Metro Manila and Metro Cebu for purchases of ₱3,500 and above.
We service the entirety of Metro Manila, Rizal, and a few areas in Bulacan, Cavite, and Laguna. To find out if we service your area, please email us at barcinowines@tarraco.com.ph. Read our Shipping Policy here.
We can deliver to you as much as 12 bottles of wines in one delivery. Read our Shipping Policy here.
Due to the volume of orders we receive, we are unable to to same-day delivery.
We endeavour to do next-day delivery for orders with confirmed payments placed on or before 5:00 pm (GMT+8). We reserve the right to confirm the availability of the recipient prior to dispatching orders. In cases where next-day delivery will not be possible due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. lockdown restrictions and inclement weather), we will ship out the items on the subsequent days, subject to availability delivery assets.

If you have fully paid your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email/SMS as soon as we have arranged with a courier.
Please assign a representative (e.g. relative, friend, househelp, or guard) to receive your package. If no one else is available to receive the goods on your behalf, items will be sent back to our warehouse. Next delivery will be charged to your account.

On Payments & Refunds
Absolutely! We have a secured system to keep your data and will never share your information to third parties.
We accept all major debit and credit cards. We also accept bank deposit to BDO, and cash on delivery (COD).
