Aged in a single cask in the bodegas of Hacienda Luisita where a quest for flavors relentlessly takes place. Sugarcane carefully grown and nourished by the nearby Mt. Arayat yields dark rich molasses fermented and distilled into a fine delicate spirit. And because we never forget that our Spanish heritage is a part of who we are, barrels used are sourced from a region in Andalucia, Spain called Jerez—the land of Sherry.
Drawn from an ex-Pedro Ximénez barrel, unfiltered and bottled at its actual strength of 62.0% yielding only 551 bottles.
Pedro Ximénez is known to be the sweetest of the different types of Sherry. Tasting notes include dried fruit, raisin and fig jam.
