The Corasco Appassimento Breve, from famous Valpolicella producer Tedeschi, seriously over-delivers, with spice, dark fruit, even a hint of olives. The wine is made from grapes selected from the Venetian territories: Corvina, grown on the Moraine hills in the heart of Valpolicella; Raboso, grown in the town of Oderzo (Treviso); and Refosco, grown in the city of Aquileia. “Appassimento Breve” means the grapes were dried for one month after picking.
